UNDERWOOD Keith Passed away after a short illness at Guy's Hospital London on 14th May 2018 aged 63 years. He will sadly missed by all his family and friends. Funeral service will be held at West Berkshire Crematorium on Wednesday 30th May at 3pm. Family flowers only.
