ASH On 5th April 2018, Michael passed away at the Duchess of Kent Hospice, aged 55 years. He will be sadly missed by all his family and friends. Funeral service will take place in the West Chapel, Reading Crematorium Caversham on Wednesday 25thApril at 2:15pm.
