STEVENS Jean Passed away peacefully in the Duchess of Kent House on 25th October 2017 aged 70 years. Much loved wife of Roy and mum to Gary, Elaine and Phil. Funeral service to be held at Reading Crematorium, South Chapel on Friday 17th November at 12.15pm. Family flowers only please.
