SYLVIA JANET SMITH Passed away peacefully on the 6th September 2017, aged 78 years. Reunited with her beloved Jim. Wonderful Mum of Steve and Kevin. Adored Nanny of Sophie and Ryan. Dearly loved Mother-in-Law to Dympna and Michelle. Funeral to be held at Reading Crematorium, West Chapel on Friday 22nd September at 3pm. The family request no flowers, thank you.
