FATHER TERRY BURKE MHM 24/03/1944 - 31/08/2017 Passed away peacefully at the Duchess of Kent Hospice, Reading after much suffering. Beloved brother of Margaret, loved and sadly missed by his nephews and their families, extended family, and his friends Worldwide. May he rest in Peace. Requiem Mass to be held at St James RC Church, Abbots Walk Reading, RG1 3HW on 22nd September 2017 at 12.30pm. Committal at South Chapel, Reading Crematorium, Henley Road Reading, RG4 5LP at 2.30pm. Colourful attire would be appreciated. Family flowers only, but at Terry's request, donations to the Duchess of Kent Hospice would be gratefully received. All welcome afterwards at The Irish Club, Chatham Street Reading, RG1 7HT

Knew Father Terry while living in Reading 2002-2009, kept up to date with his doings via Padi Seeds. A really lovely man, gone too soon, I guess the Lord has need of him.
