Activate Learning Education Trust is delighted to announce the appointment of Rachel Cave as Chief Education Officer.
After a thorough and rigorous selection process, Rachel Cave emerged as the ideal candidate to provide strategic leadership.
Rachel will be responsible for the quality of education across the Trust, ensuring an outstanding educational experience for all students.
As Deputy CEO she will also provide strategic leadership, including being pivotal in developing and delivering the vision, ethos and strategy.
With a proven track record of leadership and a deep commitment to educational excellence, Rachel will play a key role in shaping the direction of the multi-academy trust (MAT) which is currently made up of six schools – two comprehensive schools and four University Technical Colleges.
Rachel brings a wealth of experience and expertise in education leadership, currently holding the role as Headteacher at Highdown School and Sixth Form in Reading.
